i don't think your sebring has variable valve timing so it's not gonna be a big deal to use either BUT i'd run the weight that's recomended.
you can't go wrong with just about any synthetic... but i won't use pennzoil in anything...syn or dino...esp in vw's...they've already got sludge problems
