Three years ago I built a new shop.. Used the Rust-Oleum. It was cheaper than the U Coat ( But not that much). BIG MISTAKE !!!! It looked great when it was done and still has a great shine but it "scratches " so bad... It will repel all liquids that get on it and when you mop it it looks great while wet. I think it just gets too hard... I used the tile red with gold flakes... I used the flakes spareingly. Not wanting too much "flash". Maybe more of them would have hid the scratches... The scratches are not gouges just marks on the top layer of the finish... A neighbor did his floor about the same time with U Coat.. His looks just the same it did the day after he did it... USE U COAT!!!!!!!!
