The 2010 Mustang isn't a "crate" motor car because you can only buy "components" and not a motor BUT the same 2010 Mustang that can't be tagged and titled OR bought off of a dealers showroom OR bought with said "crate" motor in any way, shape or form BUT can be bought with a Reid Powerglide to go behind the "crate" motor that can only be bought as "components" is legal in Stock?
No sane person could possibly defend this!
