Dion, sorry to see you go through what you did on the weekend. It started when you pulled into the tech lanes and I saw you looking at the rear suspension as the tire rubbed. Do you know what happened to the driveshaft? I had a similar failure on the first run on my malibu earlier this year, I'm just wondering if you had an idea what happened. Did the driveshaft just fail? Or did something happen to cause the shaft to break?
The race was just cancelled due to rain and will be completed on the thursday of the Seattle divisional race. They gotta move this race later in the year.

With out throwing anybody under the bus the driveshaft failed because of a repair that was done, the repair is a common repair for a street car ,just not a race car. I wasnt told the procedure for repair but I should have put 2 & 2 together, hind sight 20/20 right? at the end of the day I was impressed with the 60 foot and the trap mile per hour, my engine guy Ernie Penner got me some ponies I just need the car to work 100%, for 100% of the time.haha
I just looked at the photos and I must apologize for the misspelling of some of the names and blanks on others..... total brain fart....or lack of sleep.
