radial tires.

Rory,

when you switched to the larger tire was it to a radial or still a bais slick? I guess what i'm really asking is did you have to trim to get the tire just to fit in general or did you have to trim it to give the tire room to grow?

Also to anyone,

How much clearance would I need to make sure I had with a radial? I understand they don't grow much if any at all... would 1/4" be enough??
