Looks like the natural needs illeagle driving aids to get the job done, removeable blinder and 2 step on steering wheel. Doesn't anybody watch for this stuff?. Where's TECH or is there a rule that says that he gets to do this and nobody else!!!!

I have it saved I just need to figure out how to get it on the cumputer. He talked in the interview about the 2 step being on the brake. If so what was the switch he let go of with his hand? I guess if you are a NHRA sponsor the rules do not apply to you.

It didn't help him round 1. Real race cars have 3 pedals!

I understand what Jeggie is doing....he's just simulating as if he had a transbrake in the car...keeps him sharp
That's what I thought a practice tree was for.... |

Maybe for you...everyone has their own way of staying sharp......to each his own.....I see nothing wrong with it.

The video was actually shown twice. Split screen stock/Pro stock. You see his hand on the wheel and you see him remove the blinder.
In the second run of the tape the announcer asked about the card board and Jeg's comment was that the "Pro Stock car runs on a pro tree (on yellow) The card board is set such that he only sees the last yellow bulb." Would make sense? In fact I actually watched it four times last night to determine how to set it up. If you run races with both types of trees it would be a good idea even if you are foot brake racing on dial in. |
