I agree, a blinder that isn't permanently mounted is "against the rules" but you can't compare it to having a cam too big which does give a performance advantage (so be it a little one). The best I can compare having a blinder that's not permanently attached is to compare it to forgetting to put your window net up on a run and I bet if one of your friends did that you wouldn't make a big deal of it. An official would give you a warning to put the net up next time... Anyway, like some said here... let's put this to rest and remember why we do this.... for the fun and friendly competition. If we saw someone leaving off the top yellow in super stock; that would be cause for an uproar, not this. Scuba Steve,,, thanks for the props bud.
