Toby roll bars are now mandatory at 11.50 and below in the brackets. It use to be 11.99 and lower. In my opinion N/SA should not need a roll bar if a bracket car does not need one at say 11.55.

Unfortunately, NHRA doesn`t see it that way. The fastest a bracket car can run without a rollbar or scattershied is 11.50, none of the L&M records (stick OR auto) are as quick as that, yet M & higher has been required to have a roll bar for several years, and in Stock ALL V8 stick cars are required to have a scattershield, even a 14 second 283 wagon. Even worse, M & higher class Stock drivers are required to wear SFI pants now, while bracket cars running as quick as 10.00 are not.
Regardless of my rant, great job Bill!
