I always thought it was peculiar that the Z-16s had the different trunk trim and tailights from the 300 series cars instead of the SS tailights. I've seen a few of them over the years, mostly at Super Chevy events. The best clone I've seen is that red one that runs on the Nostalgia Super Stock circuit.
Alan,,,I'm glad you remembered that Dan Blocker's car was a Butternut Yellow/Black vinyl top combo,,,I was going to nail you on that one.LOL. Is there a good book out there on the Z-16s or a website? Thanks for any info. Danny Durham |
