I too want to race Pure Stock with my 95 Mustang GT. All I want to do is run at least .1 under so I can get into the combo races around here.
Question: I read the rules for PS and it does not say anywhere that I must use the factory ECM. I assume an aftermarket ECM is legal ?????...like in Stock Or is the factory ECM the only way ?

Factory ecm. Let Danny Waters chime in though. When Duane was in charge he OK'd a tweeker for me to use (external tuner like using a chip) you almost can't run the 94/95 cars without one as the factory rev limiter is set way to low and that's the only way around it. I've tried running my 95 GT as a stocker but it proves to be a much better pure stocker and is headed back in that drection.
