I believe this is a single cam version of the Ford Indy engine.

Ed,
This picture is of the four cam 255 cubic inch Indy Ford V8. The intake ports were inbetween the camshafts and by swapping heads from left to right the exhaust could exit either down for front engine cars or in the middle for rear engine cars. thanks |
