Parsippany Hilton......right on Rt 10 west. Route 287 is just down the road.

Terry Cook once did a little feature story for the magazine he was working for (Car Craft or Hot Rod). It was about engine building or engine shops. I worked at Tony Feil's in East Hanover.....just down the road from Parsippany....Terry Cook came in and spent some time in the shop and was a real entertaining guy.....He was shooting pictures and kept flashing us in the eyes on purpose and was always looking to get some laughs going......

He also sold Tee-Shirts at one time that promoted Turtle Racing.....the organization was known as
F.A.R.T. Fraternal order of Racing Turtles....

I graduated from ......Parsippany High School.......

and I agree that yellow engine looks like a big Cadillac.......they were very popular just because they were big cubes.....Early Buicks were Nailheads.....Valve covers went straight up.....

Great Pictures Ed. That early Hemi looks a little like an OLDS engine with some fancy exhaust setup and clever valve covers!
