What is best big block chevy combo for SS/GT

We raced a GT/DA Camaro with the 402/335 combo built by Mike Keown. When we ran it, it was rated at 340. Had two engines and the car and engines are for sale, just have not been run in a couple of years. We do not own the car but are still good friend with the owner and know everything is still available. Also have an extra set of McDowell heads for the combo, that we ran a few years ago.
