I was trying to get the points on D-1 & I couldn't get in.
Does anyone know if there is another site it might be on? Carol Greek #1222, P/S, S-10 |

Joe - Try this link: http://www.nhra.com/points/lucas-div.aspx
That's the full division points listings. My points did not reflect Dutch so I think Bill is right about Open points. BTW, congrats on being #1 qualifier.

In past years I know that Division 6 kept a National Open points tally because they have a more active National Open calendar...on the respective Division 'points' page (example being NED's http://www.nhradiv1.com/points.html) there is even a National Open icon but it doesn't link to anything so guessing they don't keep Open points any longer. But I know they use to and even recall some Divisions awarding National Open champs at their banquets in years past, guess having to now keep up with TD and TS points (and sleds and whatever) has overwelmed their desire to tally points.

Here is the info - wondering what they will do for 2011? Anyone heard anything about a 2011 schedule yet?
January 11, 2010 Sony and P.C. Richard & Son wish to thank all the racers and fans in the Northeast Division for the six wonderful years of the NHRA National Open Series. Good News. There will be three Sony/P.C. Richard & Son Open races this year in 2010, however with a different format than in previous years. There will be no Open points or end of the year champions. For 2010 each of the three races will stand on its own. SONY and P.C. Richard along with Division One are looking for input from – you – the racers and fans in the Northeast Division for idea’s on putting together a new and exciting racing program for the 2011 season, a racing program which can bring excitement to the racers, and sponsors as well. |

Thanks everyone for your input. I'm almost positive they counted them last year,
maybe the year before. Joe & Carol Greek |

Joe, we have never gotten any points here in Div 2, only thing we recieved was a grade point and that was changed here a few years ago as we were only given half a grade point for national opens up until then!
