Seriously I just looked in a 2008 rule book.

How about NHRA lowering the hp on the older cars?

How about submitting a reasonable HP on these new cars, and leaving the old cars
alone, we have enough enhancements that come with a penalty.

I think there is a 25lb weight hit, a 5% horsepower adjustment, and a .010 index adjustment just because......Age aint got nothing to do with it If it was up to me, I'd say any Teuton built engines would get a 1 second hit, just because my xhit is slower
