Smile hydraulic race lifters

Didn't Schubeck go out of business? Who makes the best set of hydraulic lifters to race with in a small block Chevy? Thanks for any replies.

Try Bob Smith at SM lifters. He makes the Schubeck lifters now. Here is his website: http://www.4secondsflat.com/Composite%20lifters.htm

They seem to have no failures that I have not heard of yet. The ceramic pucks seem to stay together.

Bill
Sherman lifters is right down the road from you. They are a very good lifter and have a harden base on them.

We have had pucks come off several of Smith Lifters.....There are lots of threads on them last year or so. I do not know if it just big Mopar base (.904) or what the deal is.
