My brother had a car like it in the early 70's. It was burgundy in color with a black interior.Once while he was street racing he blew apart a pressure plate and parts of it came through the floorboard on the drivers side. Does your car have any evidence of something like this? He ended up selling the car to some guys who cut and shaped the rear wheel wells like your car.Could this be the same car? I've often wondered what happened to that car as we sure worked on it a lot back then.

Hi Bill,
I took a look and didn't see any evidence of a broken/repaired floorboard. Also, the car looks like the original paint was white. Hope you find out what happened to your brother's car one day! ![]() |
