Default CIC modifications

Looks like NHRA is taking "mineshaft" weather conditions into consideration in Comp.
Other changes in altitude calcs. too I believe.
I guess (S/SS) we don't figure in to the scheme of things.Maybe some of the racers with an "inside" track can persuade them to take a look at that.
I'm not one who'll be a benefactor of this, but the guys who work hard and spend a lot of $$$$$$ can get a bit of relief.Of course the ill factored cars get a pass, but they've been getting it all along.

254 looks and no opinion on this new rule. What happened to all the whining about
"mineshaft" conditions being unfair to the guys that go fast.Nah we'd rather debate the hypothetical changing of the board members. No wonder they crap all over us.
Bahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,bahhhhhhhhhhh hhh.

Ed, in comp the damage has already been done. They did not act fast enough and lost a bunch of good racers in the process. How many times did classes git hit a dime to 15hun in say two weeks or a month? How many racers can recover from that? In my opinion (that means very little) it will not bring those guys back. Too many good options like T/S and T/D. JMO.

The altitude factors for Stk/SS also have changed.

So Barry, don't you see a paralell to what's going on with the AHFS?It will just take longer because there's more S/SS cars.

Yes I do. Think I would like to see the new cars run in a mineshaft and everybody else stay home.....Kidding guys....
