Do I have this SS combo right? '74 Challenger 360

As a hypothetical, say I showed up with this and wanted to run it as a '70 340 Swinger (I would remove the 1971 license plate - LOL). Obviously it would need a rollbar and such. Like I said, hypothetical.

Would NHRA have a problem with it?

I can see changing the rear bumper to a '70, but would the not-correct-for-1970 side trim cause trouble? Or the lack of hood scoops from a 340 car?
