Uncle Buck- Needless to say, we all were taken back a step or two this week when we got the news. We are all keeping you in our thoughts and prayers and have no doubt that as strong-willed a guy as you are, you'll fight the fight, beat this thing and be back stronger than ever. We're all pulling for you and look forward to seeing you soon!
Don, Beth, and the Boys Nancy- Thanks for setting up the Caring Bridge. Great idea. |

Uncle Buck,
As you (and all of us) can clearly see you are deeply loved and extremely important to so many, as George Bailey was told by Clarence "Remember, George: no man is a failure who has friends." You sir are man of many friends. I would like to send you some encouragement in the words from Lamentations 3:21-24 'Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this: "The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. I say to myself "The Lord is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!" (New Living Translation) I pray for you 'Dear God, I lift up your son, Ron and ask that you place him in the palm of your hand and keep him safe and strong, and give him the healing that only You can provide, I pray these things in the name of Jesus. Amen"
