Default Need Recommendation from Ford FE guru

Have 390 Ford motor with cylinder head casting number C8AEH and need intake and exhaust gasket recommendation. This is a street motor and Fel Pro 1247 fits well but closes off heat riser. I know this is not a big deal but might help during winter months to keep heat riser. Any opinions?
