Some other considerations might be:

68 350 now that it is refactored to 305
71-72 455
74 LeMans 350 (like Bill Rink's Ventura only at 250)

I suspect that several more are good combinations with the valve job rule and current valve train technology, but $$ and the small Pontiac population have kept the development stifled.

The `68 350 needs another 10 hp taken off to make it competitive.
