Looking at the cars enter in Comp, SS and Stk, there is 2 out of division comp cars, 2 SS out of division and 5 stockers. It seems to be nothing more then an expensive points race.
Back in the day, there used to be cars from almost every division racing at Englishtown. It's so disappointing seeing that the cars aren't traveling anylonger, but it's a sign of the times with the price of fuel. You can't blame any racer for not making the track to race there anylonger. It was alot of fun and interesting seeing cars from other divisions showing up, there also was full fields with a huge assortment of cars in different classes. Just looking at the race from different times and memories. Casey Miles 248H Stock? |

Maybe D1 has an Excellent representation of their own and maybe the "out of division" guys know how tough they are to race?
My hat is off to all of you out there, I hope to come out for a visit and meet you all one day.

One other reason is that there are so many more National Events now than there were years ago.
