Toby the problem was NHRA not the car. No one can by let me know they had called STOCK. The NHRA guy can by and never said a thing. The car was find and very fast and ready. I will have more later. Good job Joey

Unhappy Re: Live from Englishtown , NJ - NHRA Supernationals

Sterling,

Man, that's too bad. With only six cars left they usually come by and give everyone a personal call. Maybe they came by earlier and you were in the motorhome? I know I was listening on the audiocast and they called all the sportsman classes up at once. I think around the time pro mod was running. Or maybe they just forgot about you.

I know it's a tough learning experience and it will probably never happen again, but you can't always depend on the NHRA guys to come tell you.

I know when I'm still in on Sunday I start getting warmed up when the funny cars are running and then listen to the PA on the radio for the call or have someone listen for me. Usually when pro stock or motorcycle is running they make the call. And if I don't hear the call I'll hear somebody driving up to the lanes.

Sorry to hear about it, man. You were driving great and I think it would have been an awesome race in the final if you would have made it.
