So sad that my buddy, Rick, is now gone. However, I am delighted that so many others were touched by Ricks gift of kindness and generosity.
During Ricks many visits to Florida, He would often find the time to come by my dealership (Gainesville C-D-J) for some kind of service on one of his vehicles. Actually I think he just wanted to bench race over some Bar-B-Q at Sonnys, which we always did. Or if we met at a race or hotel parking lot... He always had some cold Yuengling in his cooler to share. I'm going to miss that guy. Great sportsman and a great friend. Rest in peace. |
