Let me hear from some akly injection racers in ref to using a primer or primer plus system.
Which one are you running? Have you tried both systems? And keep in mind most of my racing is above 50 degrees.

I have had 2 different cars with Ron's Terminators. One had just the primer...worked fine but I used a lot of alcohol for warmups even in warmer weather. Averaged 2-1/2+ gallons per run when you added all the warmup time and driving to and from the lanes at some tracks.
My latest car now has a Terminator and I have the Primer Plus....I use the Primer plus to warm up and get to the head of the lanes. I use much less alcohol and keep heat in the motor easily without burning a ton of gas...I mix Sunoco purple with unleaded premium. I presently only have the supplied one quart gas bottle....I burn quite a bit of gas and a bigger tank would be better. 1 gallon would be fine....I like the Primer Plus way better than the std Primer.....Your motor will like it too since it runs on gas a lot......

What Richie said X2 except I don't bother mixing the gasoline and just use regular gas the same as in the scooter & generator. Makes it WAY easier to keep heat in the engine, especially early & late in the season too.

The Primer Plus does work very well, as others have stated. I have a Terminator with that setup. I also have various Flying Toilet combinations that incorporate my own primer, using a injector from an EFI car. It also works well, but lacks the adjustability of the Primer Plus. I agree with the need for a larger tank....1 gallon would be nice. I use 87 octane generator gas, since the engine is not running under load, and sometimes mix some 2-stroke oil since I use the primer to "dry out" the engine at the end of each racing day. It smells terrible when running on the stuff, but the cylinder walls look really good after 4 seasons.
