What I used in the past was Berryman's which did come in a 5 gallon bucket with a basket inside.
I have not seen this for sale in the last few years at any of the parts stores.
The EPA may have stopped the use due to the emissions off of the bucket. It would evaporate quickly if you did not keep the top on it.
I am pretty sure it did have have the clorinated fluro hydrocarbons in it so it would now be regulated by the EPA.
Here in Texas some of the spray cleaners have signage on them that says not for sale in Calif and can not be transported into Calif. I try to remember to pull all of those out of the race car trailer before going to Pomona each year.
My 2 Cents

NAPA #6406 5gal w/basket. It isn't a full 5 gallons.
#6402 in the gallon size.
Not inexpensive!

The last good stuff was called "SpeedCleen", but it hasn't been made in over a decade.

The Berryman's is usually what is sold in most places, and under various house brand names and private labels. It's about the best you'll find commonly available.
