I would want to know the duration @ .050 , how "good " the heads and intake are, and if you are using Shubeck style lifters and a lot of spring pressure. In other words, do you plan on revving it up?

call kenny ford at ptc 256-383 6868. my 2 cents worth is 5500 stall 8 inch.
just tell kenny what you have and he will get you real close.

My cam card reads
Gross valve lift int .391 exh .411
Dration @
.020 Tappet Lift int 281 exh 290
Valve timing open close
@ .050 int 20 btdc 54 abdc
exh 59 bbdc 25 atdc
These specs are for cam installed @ 107 intake center line
Duration @ .050 int 254 exh 264
Lobe Lift .2610 .2740
Lobe separation 107.0

Heads have Comp valve job
Springs Beehive 125lb @ 1.800,bronz guides,screw in studs , guide plates,manley ss 195/150 valves
Intake stock just block off egr.
