Default 1968 mustang rearend housing advice

i run a 1968 mustang stroked 428cj, 4 speed, hyatt clutch, 4.56 spool, cal tracks, mono springs, calvert front springs, and double roller spring perches. last week i bent the rear spring perches and crushed the tubes a little. i am looking to upgrade to something stronger in the future.what do you guys recommend and who do you suggest to build it. i have a extra stock housing that i will put calvert perches on for the rest of the year, but would like something stronger for next year. thanks ron b

look for a 1/2 ton or lincoln/ltd/merc whatever housing (the 9" pumpkin will fit 9 3/8 housings.
the tubes are usually thicker.
of course you'll have to narrow the housing

some are 3" some are 3 1/2" tubes, though
