Heck, quite a few but would prefer the one that can handle it. BTW the coffee is on (wink/wink to my honey).

I will be at Indy in A/SA. I am trying to see what the car likes in A. I have not run in A weight for over 3 years. I know I can not win class, but I know it will qualify. I'm not going to make the same mistake I did last year.

The in car cam is brought to you by Pete Biondo. I wanted a different look. I also bet Pete dinner if he could hit the tree .015 or better with his eyes closed. Well he went .009 and dinner was on me. Now we all know how to cut a light, I didn't think it was that easy.

Here are some pictures of SS in the lanes for there first qualifying shot.

Well the storm put a fast end to the day's racing and all but a half dozen S/G cars got a time run .When the rains hit most had no choice but to load up in a big hurry and watch it pour - it stopped in a little under an hour and then it was time - at least for some of us to attend another of Uncle Buck's feasts - Bar-B-Q ribs - racks and racks of them along with all the fixens ........Ron was at his best tonight as the pics will show . Well done my friend - well done indeed ! !

Tomorrow - thats a mystery as to whats going to happen -------- many questions------- Will we get a time shot ? Will we finish the race in one day again ? Will it rain ? Will we have weepers again ? Will we finish Sunday? Will Ed Fernandez make an appearance ? Will Penny Benders' son Zach turn sixteen tomorrow? Will Truman D. Fields win "Best Appearing Car" at this event ? Will Ms. Sawka ever stop ragin' on me ? I could go on and on but you get it I'm sure ..........the answer to all of these questions and more in the AM ............

Good morning gang - things are looking up this morning - Sun is out - not much Fog and soon racers will be moving around getting ready for todays activities .

Temp is still cool at 69 degrees with 71% humidity but burning off fast - 29.62 barometer and the DA around 1700' .Local weather shows the possibility of thundershowers later but we'll keep our fingers crossed .

Back in a little while ...........

Thanks to Jack Matyas for the reporting from Cecil . As an expat from Div 1 , always look foward to your reports from events "back home". Thanks , Richard C. Schmidt

Hey guys, I know it's after the fact but here is my attempt at in-car video during Cecil County 2nd round of qualifying. My eyes were open when I hit the tree but I still wasn't .009 haha. You can see Brian Van Poppel pull away in the other lane.
