Well.... got real lucky this morning (won first rd of SS).
Staged the car, Roy Hill staged at sametime and then we both went to the floor. However, the tree never came down..... I was told that the dialins were missing from the boards. After what seemed like 2 minutes (probably 5 seconds or so) on the chip, the lights finally came down. I was told as soon as our dialins were posted, the tree activated. No excuses, bad light (.213),... just an explanation. Luckily.... Roy went red, because I was dead late! I guess I was owed that from all the close ones I Iost earlier this year. I'll take it! Rd 2 is scheduled for 530pm tonite (followed by rd 3 also tonite).

After 3 rds of stock yesterday, the pits are starting to thin out.
Here's Jerry Hefler's class winning chevy packed up and ready to head out.  More pits shots...  8am suday...... Line up of trailers on way to the lanes.... only the SS'ers are stirring this early on sunday morning at INDY.

Can anyone Identify the owner/driver? He was here at Indy, but did not participate. MYSTERY RACER #1 is ???????
