I didn't know we could do that. WOW Can I send one of the Manley rods and have it approved also. Kdanner is right can I use the 6r80 trans as approved along with a beefed up 8.8 instead of the 9"?

I see no reason why you couldn't use the 8.8 rear.

I also think that since the 6 speed automatic trans is heavier than the C-4 or the CJ Powerglide....oopps, I mean the C-2, that there shouldn't be a problem using it....just my .02c
