The place needs to be closed down till they get the proper safety equipment and trained personnel.Period,end of story.Doesn't matter who's at fault.
I'm wondering just how safe and legal the car in question is/was.Maybe it was an accident waiting to happen.Maybe their tech leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of questions and no definate answers.
