There are several really good builders, Danny Ashley, Dean Oliver, etc., but I don't think there's a truly bolt-on and go-fast carburetor. I think half the battle is getting it jetted correctly and having the air valve set "perfectly". If you could afford a Racepack with O2's on every single cylinder, that would surely help. If you can't, count on lots and lots of track testing. My .02.
