I've installed a bunch of those throughout the years. They typically have a fan and heater in them, basically climate and humidity control for the camera.

I remember thinking strange place for a Security Camera during my 1st. run on Saturday when I noticed it, LOL but that`s what it looked like, had them on my old job, I also noticed the flat black one pointed at the tree in the center of the track?
