Rubber Coin Floor Cleaner

Can anyone recommend a good cleaner for trailer rubber coin floors? I have several tire "burn" marks from hot tires and oil stains and I am having a difficult time in cleaning them. Any advice would be appreciated.

Try Wesley's Bleach White tire cleaner.....
