Yeah, there's a question that is going to require an incredible amount of time and work, not to mention money, to answer honestly and correctly.

So many rocker arms are made "one size fits all", such as the same 1.6:1 rocker arm being used for Windsor Fords, Pontiacs, and Oldsmobiles, a particular rocker arm may be accurate and easy to work with for one engine, and way off for another.

The other problem is that so many people just bolt on a rocker arm of any type, take a guess at pushrod length, and just run it. Too many people fail to fully grasp the concept of truly correct valvetrain geometry, and what it offers in terms of performance and reliability.
