Chris, racers may have had to cut back and simply put the total cost of a weekend divisional can wipeout a budget as opposed to running a single day combo race that costs significantly less. Generally speaking both associations know all the class racers in their areas whether they are members or not. This is not the time to take a hard line against participants just because they can't race as much as they used to.
