Hey Richard, go to IHRA.com and click on competition and then class racing. There is some info there.

Shipping weight is 3122. get that from NHRA stock car class guide. 14.19 factor, 220 hp

3122/295= 10.58 natural J/CM
10.5 x 295 +170= 3268# race weight

I/CM 3120# race weight

in IHRA Crate motor, no diff bwtween stick and auto. run off same weight break and index.

Need to clarify the shipping weight through IHRA though. NHRA lists one weight for automatic car, a lighter weight for stick car if you were building a reg stocker.
I used the heaviest weight.

Yah, I sent him the same info after he'd messaged me, before I saw your post.

Thank you! Chris/Michael/Troy. Car should be ready for paint in a month, I still have my hands full with superstock, but I am having fun. Getting bored with my dragster. I guess hanging with the "shoe" for all those years rubbed off...stock/superstock!

The plan is to run j/k/cm with the x306 head combo with C-4. I am looking @ mid summer to debut car. By then my superstocker should be worked out and competitive...I hope.lol

I have so many ideas, but need to start with a base line to get started and racing, I am not looking for national records just in the 11 sec zone in bracket mode.
