1963 = Swiss Cheese
1962 = Modified rectangular-shaped frame rails, to channel-shaped.

NHRA lists the 1962 Lightweight Catalina SD-421 at #3608 lbs., I believe.

SB Aluminum or Cast Iron
Aluminum for Drag Racing
Cast Iron for NASCAR
Ford had the same deal with the long 427 exhaust maifolds

I think what he meant to say was...Cast Aluminum exhaust manifolds or Aluminum cast exhaust manifolds...at least that's how I read it before in other articles.
