Here's a few more pics of Bob Lambeck's '68 Hemi Barracuda...did Bob also run a W2 small block, because I always thought he ran big blocks.

Supertricks always had a multi-bolt pattern while the Centerlines came in the individual bolt patterns....if I'm not mistaken. Also, Supertricks had a flatter finish while Centerlines were turned aluminum and were shinier.

And that's how I remember it....at my age , who knows.

Well here's one of Bill 'Grumpy' Jenkins and his Pro Stock Camaro, since a few of you were talking about it earlier...lets here some more old stories on him just to mix it up a bit.

Yes the topic title is...Life after Super Stock for the Hemi A-bodies...well they raced against some Brand X cars back then...just thought someone here might remember a few old stories of some of those match races from back then if that's okay with you...here's a report from the '70 Winternationals.

Jim,,, back around '75 I had a black '66 Nova SS that we'd mini tubbed, and I bought a set of Super Ticks for it. I took them all apart and ran the fronts down to a polisher, who did a fantastic job, but told me that the bolts wouldn't polish since they were a different material,, so I went to a specialty nut and bolt place here in town and purchased some black annodized Allen head bolts and put them back together, making sure they sealed down the middle and mounted them on the car. I got lots of compliments on them and guys would come up and stare at them saying "somethings different" but they could'nt put their finger on it, until I would point it out. The back bolts complimented the paint job, and gave the wheels a nice look.
