the are members of NAACP are not racists.........Question: when whites are the minority in this country, will the preferential treatment shift from the current minority to the new minority?

While living in the El Paso community of 90% hispanic............hispanics were still considered "minority" How does that work?

To answer your question, just check out how "minorities" are treated in some modern african countries.
