We had to have the number on the top of the piston or we would not have past last weekend. Adam and I knew it before we went racing.

Ron they didn't announce the MPH. Shipp dumped him at the end, but Siebeneck won. It kept getting colder all morning even after we were in the lanes. Larry ended up going faster than he had all weekend and broke out. The Downings had a staging war. Charlie Bob went in 1st, but Patrick won. Looked like Patrick had the better light. Charlie got HP and never got there, I don't think.
There were quite a few no-shows 1st round. Stephan Belanger, Ryan Taylor, Greg Hill (oil pressure trouble). They did stop in the middle of the round and prepared the starting line again. All in all it was a cold and dreary weekend. Friday was ok, but still cold. I am ready to get to Atlanta this week and the 90 degree temps. I guess we will be bitching about it being too hot!!! See ya next weekend "Live" from Atlanta! |

Does anyone happen to have any videos or pictures from my first round match up with Charley? I have one from the top end but I wouldn't mind seeing a few other points of view.

Maybe a nice picture you can frame with a copy of the timeslip as a christmas present for Charley?
