What is everyone's take on this? The Rocker Arms section was updated Jan. 19th, 2012 and says:
"OEM or aftermarket rocker arms permitted. Needle/roller bearing pivots and roller tips are permitted for all applications. Must remain same design as original application (ie: stud mount must retain stud mount, pedestal type must retain pedestal type and shaft type must retain shaft type. Stud girdles prohibited) Stamp steel OEM and OEM-type rocker arms may be reinforced." also under the cylinder heads section it says: "The following are permitted: polylocks, jam nuts, screw-in larger diameter rocker studs, or pinned studs..." I'm finishing up a stocker 5.0 Mustang. Using stock rockers, not rollers, would you say that screw-in studs are legal? I'm getting conflicting feedback on this. Thanks
