Try your visor.....I use it on the Gremlin.....and it works fine unless I have too much leg pressure, or don't stage just so......be warned though, when you block you are just all ramped up waiting to see anything and if you see background flash you will likely go red....nightime.....well thats a touchy thing.....

Take your family car thats in good shape, and practice with the visor....

Back to back blocking and not blocking and you will see the difference if any.

.then you will know if its for you or not.....I block with the 4-runner in street.....can't block with the 6 speed FWD mini too much going on......getting the boost up, etc.

If you don't stage exactly the same way every time, you can and will go red if you have a fast reacting car and decent reaction times.....yes even 6clyd gremlins are quick enough to block and still go red.
