The one titled Performance Preserves. It'll pop to the top when I post the slips. Just got them out and started looking at them. Starts out with Saturdays Class runs. This new deal they were trying at 42, something called "bracket racing," was set up with the rule that you had to enter a Class and lose in order to run this new deal on Sunday. No one knew what the hell bracket racing was in 1971 in Ohio.

Seems like that combo woulda been lower than N/SA, but the Tech guy said....N/SA....

Was it a 188HP Roadmaster (4-bbl)??? The Super had 2-bbl, you know...

Roper added another port hole and a 4bbl to his Super, and.... presto: a Roadmaster!

He tried a stick, but it ran well with Dynaflow... (and that 4.44:1 ambulance rear end.) Floated the valves at the e.t. stripe... LOL!

Bill, remembering 1962...
