Well it's clear as mud to me..................

All the "new" cars that want to will run the FSS class at the stated weight per engine size/induction type. .400 Pro-tree, 9.90 index, no AHFS in effect.

After Class Eliminations are over, all of the FSS competitor's who make the 128 car cut, can qualify at the stated FSS weights, .500 Full tree, 9.90 index with the AHFS IN effect, against all the other vehicles entered/qualified, including the other "new" cars, in their respective class, who didn't run the FSS.

Am I correct so far?
