Please check the top thread for a detailed list for the A/Stick and A/SA Schwag and $$$ List!
I have added a list for A/Stick and A/SA as they are slightly different. Some supporters have also chosen both classes and are listed in both areas. Some are cash or gift cert and or product support. I try to list an approx value to give all an idea for the level of support! We do have a few requests for participants to run decals. If that is the case, I will have them with me. Note that Nitroplate is providing EACH participant of the A/S and A/SA with a $75.00 off Gift Cert and a NITROPLATE T Shirt this year! These Companies and Racers ( sometimes both) are jumping in to support Heads Up! Class Racing! This shows what can be done, even at a time when contingency can be seen as NON-Existant. This can serve as a positive model for others, but I need your help! All Racers!!! Please take note of these sponsors! Give them a chance at your business! They Get It! Make sure to thank them for the Challenge Support and use their services! Buy their products! We cannot continue to complain about the contingency process if we do not support those that support us! Write them down, call them, e mail them PLEASE! Make them right for supporting Class Racing! P.S. This list is not final, but getting close! Please continue to check back to the top thread for updates! Thanks to ALL participants and Supporters! THANKS KEN MIELE- WWW.CLASSRACER.COM!!!!

I have a very special award for the A Stick Challenge Winner. This very thoughtful and inspiring award comes from Shawn Allsup fellow stick racer (K/Stick Mustang) and Air Force Quality Assurance Inspector for the 9th Reconnaissance Wing.
Shawn has managed to procure an American Flag that was flown over Afganistan in a U-2 Spyplane! This comes complete with a certificate of authenticity from the pilot and the squad commander! priceless! As they say. Thanks Shawn! ![]()

Attention Racers....I need a huge favor from any "Indy Local" racers. I have a prize for the A/S Challenge winner, but it took a bit longer to complete than expected along with delays of me being away with the military. I need someone "Indy Local" who I can ship a package to and then hand deliver it to Jim's trailer. I had a U.S. Flag flown over Afganistan a few weeks back in one of our U-2 "Spy Planes" It will come with a Certificate and Coin that verify its flight. If anyone can assist I can ship it directly to you. I missed the deadline to get the package to Jim before he leaves for the race.
If anyone can help please give me a call at 1-530-933-1169, or via e-mail to Notch1320@yahoo.com, or just respond here and I will get back to you ASAP. I want to ensure the winner of the A/S Challenge is presented this at the event. ![]()

Hey Racers, Just a reminder...
We typically have one or more winner in the "Barn" after class, so we don't schedule the awards presentation until after that is done. Should be Friday evening. Stay tuned. I will try and get the word out and post on ClassRacer, but keep your eyes and ears open. As mentioned by Jeff Teuton, we will award the winners at the Teuton Pit Compound! Nitro, I need your cell number if you want me to call, text you, etc. ![]()

Another nice deal for the A/ Stick Champ!
For the 5th anniversary, something cool! We have a trophy that will travel with the champ. The winner brings it to Indy to defend all comers and earn the right to hold it another year. If there is a new champion, then the prior year Champ can present to the new Champion with honor. This is no ordinary trophy! Long shifters contributed a pistol grip shifter Dennis Breeden and his Uncle designed and built the wooden base and name plates Veteran race car fabricator and stick racer Ernie Neal made the shifter functional so that the pistol grip shifter moves back and forth like a vertigate should! I have the nameplates and the trophy will have past champions listed on it to date! Brett McFarland Jim Waldo John Calvert Caleb McFarland 2012? Another show of respect and admiration for the A stick racers! I can't thank all the participants and supporters enough! ![]()

Well, Jim has done it again, hard work and a great idea and Jim deserves the credit for making it happen . I hope everyone involved gives Jim a big thanks and also same to the sponsors. I really enjoyed running the challenge last year, not going to make it this year, best of luck to all.
Make sure there is a "toast" to Jim at the award get together party (proper stemware is a must)
