Looks like a natural B/SA to me, and min weights would be:

A/SA 2970
B/SA 3145
C/SA 3320

Looks like A would be tough to make. B I'm not sure, I know from the build pics that they cut a lot of metal out of the 2013 and used things like tubular bumper supports to keep the weight down.

On the EFI thing, it looks like Proefi will run the VCT maybe, but it isn't "NHRA accepted". I guess Motec will too, but bend over. May not even matter in a race application.
