They showed the finish line shot after he won, it clearly shows Dan's tire touching in the beams, but Jarod's front end is just barely there first. Fantastic final decided by .0001.

Thanks to everyone for the calls, emails, and texts. I really appreciate everyone's support. What an awesome weekend! Thank you to my Parents, my wife Leann and our 3 girls. Also thank you Alan and Ryan Koener for all your help. Also I just want to say thanks to Don Higgins for helping me out with my laptop. He spent a ton of time getting it sorted out for me at the track and I really appreciated that. The final round was brutal, but what a race!
